How it works
This software is developed for agencies offering Home Healthcare involving Physicians, Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Medical Social Workers. This software can also be used by physicians working independently, who are making house calls to patients. The application mainly revolves around a repository of doctors, medical professionals and patients. At regular intervals the agency can make calls to the patients and schedule a visit. In case any of the patients require a visit, the agency will assign one of their doctors or medical professionals to make a home visit to the patient.
Dr.2U automatically generates a list of patients along with their contact information for the agency staff to fix appointment with an available doctor. A patient can be listed in the automatic workflow when it is time for the regular visit or by personally requesting for an appointment/test. There is also a provision to enter general comments for the patient effecting the scheduling. The system prompts the staff of all the calls to be made on a daily basis making it very easy to keep track of patient visits.
Various reports for looking up the status of an appointment or tests are provided as a part of the application. The application also provides reports about the history of patient visits and tests performed. The application is designed in a user-friendly manner so that the agency staff can easily navigate and browse through.
